Kelsey Asbille Chow was an American actor, who gained notoriety after appearing on the sitcom of Disney XD, Pair of Kings. She has appeared in lots of shows and movies throughout her career. Barbara was a guest at The New Theatre Kansas City Missouri to perform in the musical Social Security in 2012. The production aired at Jacksonville Florida, USA during the season of summer 2014.
