Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera has been a fitness model as well as an Instagram superstar for many years. Ashley Nocera was born in in the USA in August 1994, under the sign of Leo. Ashley doesn't talk much about her parents. However she does credit her grandfather for being the person who gave her the motivation to work to get fit. Her grandfather was an avid bodybuilder as the time he was in his 20s-30s. Ashley was always active. As a young girl of 4, she began to swim and she did it for about 10 years. Ashley entered many competitions however she wasn't dedicated because her body wasn't equipped to adhere to a strict diet. In high school she gained a lot of attention for appearance and physique. There is no evidence that she may be a romantically involved person during that period. Ashley determined to put all of her efforts in becoming a fitness trainer and modeling model after graduating. Ashley was just 15 years old when she began to be unhappy about her physical appearance. When she was urged to get into the gym by her grandfather Ashley started to exercise. She followed his suggestion to start slowly. Ashley attended the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships 2014 and placed 7th. This was an inspiration to her and she trained harder. She returned for the 2015 WBFF World Championships and won fifth place after this competition ended. Ashley decided that she didn't desire to compete any more. There were offers to do photoshoots while she was playing, but she wasn't looking to mix up her jobs, but when she stopped competing she decided to become a fitness model. A cover shot in one of the most popular fitness magazines led her to a career as a fitness models. Seit then she is an internationally renowned model and has been a part of numerous bikini labels and world-renowned clothing companies.
